ProcessTreeToNewickTree

public ProcessTreeToNewickTree(org.processmining.processtree.ProcessTree tree)

Constructor will transform process tree to a newick tree format. It traverses through the process tree only once in a preorder format!

Parameters:

process - tree: tree

convertToNewickString

public void convertToNewickString(org.processmining.processtree.Node n,
                                  java.lang.String weight)

Recursive method to traverse the process tree in preorder. Each node is added to the newick string

Parameters:

n - (node in process tree)

weight - (weight of the branches)

translateOperator
